Here's how we get your Scenic Road wheelbarrow, parts, and other products to your door.

Order Processing

We process most orders within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You'll get a confirmation when you order, and another notification with tracking once your order ships. Larger orders and freight shipments may take a little longer to prepare.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Because wheelbarrows are large and heavy, some orders ship by freight carrier rather than standard parcel service. We'll always show your shipping cost before you pay... no surprises after checkout.

Delivery Areas

We ship throughout the continental United States. If you're in Alaska, Hawaii, a U.S. territory, or outside the U.S., contact us before ordering and we'll work out shipping options and costs for you.

Freight Deliveries

Freight shipments are typically delivered to the curb. The carrier will usually call to schedule a delivery appointment, so please give us a phone number where you can be reached. Someone should be available to receive and inspect the shipment.

Inspect Your Delivery

Please inspect your order the moment it arrives. If you see any visible damage to the packaging or product, note it on the delivery receipt before signing, and take photos. Then contact us within 5 business days so we can make it right. Signing for a shipment as undamaged can make damage claims harder to resolve, so a quick look before you sign protects you.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your order ships, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands, and weather or carrier delays can happen. If your tracking stalls or a shipment appears lost, reach out and we'll help track it down and get it resolved.

Bought From a Retailer?

Scenic Road wheelbarrows are also sold through independent dealers and retailers, who handle their own shipping and delivery. If you purchased from a retailer, please contact them directly with shipping questions.
