Refund policy
We build our wheelbarrows to last, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Keep your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Contact us before sending anything back. Email orders@pssmanufacturing.com or call our order line at (717) 336-8921 with your order number, and we'll walk you through the next steps and give you a return authorization. Items sent back without contacting us first may be delayed or refused.
Return Shipping
Wheelbarrows and parts are heavy, and freight adds up. Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or we shipped the wrong item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable, insured shipping method... we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for the credit to appear.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything shows up damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We'll make it right with a replacement, replacement parts, or a full refund including any shipping you paid... whichever works best for you. For freight shipments, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before you sign.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or special-order items, and items that have been used or assembled beyond what's needed to inspect them, generally can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Bought From a Retailer?
Scenic Road wheelbarrows are also sold through independent dealers and retailers. If you purchased from one of them, their return policy applies... please contact the retailer where you bought your product to arrange a return or exchange.
