PSS Manufacturing Company Buys Scenic Road Manufacturing

If the past two years have taught us anything, it is that the one constant in life is change. Today is no different, as we are pleased to announce the acquisition of Scenic Road Manufacturing by PSS Manufacturing Company, Inc. The acquisition officially took place on September 20, 2022.

PSS Manufacturing Company is owned and operated by Christ and Nichole Kambesis. Christ has an extensive background in business and his career includes roles as the Vice President Global Manufacturing for a publicly traded American manufacturer of household products, Chief Operating Officer for a privately held agriculture company and Vice President of Operations for a specialty solvent manufacturer. Nichole brings steeped knowledge in human resources and business finances to the table, stemming from years of experience as a successful business owner.

The acquisition will enhance the company’s pursuit of operational excellence and focus on these three cornerstones of business: safety, quality, and customer service. These cornerstones will guide the Kambesis family as they set the foundation for future growth and continue to evolve the Scenic Road brand.

For the past 20 years, as my wife Sarah and I have owned and operated Scenic Road, we have genuinely enjoyed collaborating with our customers and bringing you great products. As our children are growing, we recognized we are rapidly approaching a new chapter in our lives. The timing was right for us to place the company in new hands that can continue our path of growth. and take Scenic Road to the next level. New ownership, however, does not mean they are abandoning everything we have spent decades building. It was the highest priority for us to find buyers for Scenic Road who aligned with our values and our vision for the future of the company. We are pleased to inform you; Christ and Nichole will continue building upon the three things that have been the top priority for us:

• Keeping many of the same employees (including myself as I will lead the innovation team) that our customers have come to know and trust
• Maintaining the high-quality products and services you have come to expect from Scenic Road
• Continuing the relationships with our treasured customers
